When you check out on this website we collect your name, phone number, email address and — for anything being posted to you — your delivery address, city and pincode, together with your order details.
If you are only buying an online course, we do not ask for a postal address, because nothing is being posted. In that case your email address is required, as it is the only way the course reaches you.
When you order through WhatsApp instead, we collect the information you send us in that conversation.
We do not run a login system, and we never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking details. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay on their own secure systems.
We use your information only to process and deliver your order — including emailing you any course you have bought — to answer your questions, and, if you have said yes, to let you know about new pieces and courses. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your name, phone and address are also stored in your own browser so you don't have to type them again next time. That copy stays on your device and is never sent anywhere except with an order you place.
We share your name, address and phone number with our courier partner solely to deliver a physical order, and with Razorpay, our payment provider, solely to process payment. Orders containing only a course are not shared with any courier. We don't share your data with anyone else.
Our website may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how many people visit and which pages they look at. This is aggregate, anonymised traffic data — it isn't linked to your WhatsApp order details.
We keep order and delivery information for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, warranty and customer-service purposes.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it, at any time — message us on WhatsApp and we'll action it.
