We ship anywhere in India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping is a flat ₹80 per order, anywhere in India. It is charged once per order however many pieces you buy, and it is shown to you before you pay. Nothing else is added at checkout.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Current pieces are delivered in 10–14 business days from the date of dispatch. The expected timeline is shown on every product page before you order.
Delivery times can be longer for remote pin codes, or during festival periods, strikes, weather disruption and other events outside our control.
We send your tracking details on WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, message us at +91 81090 10717 and we will check it for you.
Our courier partner will normally attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, or if the address or phone number provided was incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery in that case is charged at the standard ₹80 shipping rate.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, message us within 48 hours at +91 81090 10717 and we will investigate with the courier and resolve it.
We can change your delivery address any time before dispatch. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier the address cannot be changed.
Afterword Learn courses are delivered by email, not by post. No shipping charge is applied to them, and no shipping charge is applied to an order that contains only digital items.
Digital delivery is normally within a few minutes of payment. If a course has not reached you within one hour, message us at +91 81090 10717 and we will send it directly.
If you order a course and a physical piece together, the ₹80 shipping applies once, to the physical part of the order only.
